4. Subscription Cancellation

6. Plan Changes and Upgrades

If you change your subscription plan:

Upgrading to a higher-tier plan will result in immediate access to additional features, with prorated charges for the remainder of your billing cycle
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
When upgrading from monthly to annual billing, you may receive a discount as specified in our pricing structure
Changes in annual subscription plans may be subject to different terms, which will be communicated during the plan change process
If you exceed your plan limits (e.g., number of brands or content items), you may be automatically upgraded to the appropriate plan tier

7. Account Termination

In cases of account termination:

If DEX terminates your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided
If DEX discontinues a service or feature, the no-refund policy still applies
You will be given an opportunity to export your data before account termination, in accordance with our data retention policies
After account termination, your content and data may be permanently deleted from our systems after a specified retention period

8. Payment Disputes

For payment disputes:

Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact our support team to resolve any billing issues
Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees
We maintain detailed records of all service usage and will provide this information in case of payment disputes

9. Free Trials

If we offer free trials:

Free trial periods allow you to test our services before committing to a paid subscription
You may be required to enter payment information to start a free trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically converted to a paid subscription
