3. Payment Processing

4. Subscription Cancellation

- While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, no refunds or credits will be issued for any service interruptions
6. Plan Changes and Upgrades
If you change your subscription plan:
- Upgrading to a higher-tier plan will result in immediate access to additional features, with prorated charges for the remainder of your billing cycle
- Downgrading to a lower-tier plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- When upgrading from monthly to annual billing, you may receive a discount as specified in our pricing structure
- Changes in annual subscription plans may be subject to different terms, which will be communicated during the plan change process
- If you exceed your plan limits (e.g., number of brands or content items), you may be automatically upgraded to the appropriate plan tier
7. Account Termination
In cases of account termination:
- If DEX terminates your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided
- If DEX discontinues a service or feature, the no-refund policy still applies
- You will be given an opportunity to export your data before account termination, in accordance with our data retention policies
- After account termination, your content and data may be permanently deleted from our systems after a specified retention period
8. Payment Disputes
For payment disputes:
- Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact our support team to resolve any billing issues
- Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees
- We maintain detailed records of all service usage and will provide this information in case of payment disputes
9. Free Trials
If we offer free trials:
- Free trial periods allow you to test our services before committing to a paid subscription
- You may be required to enter payment information to start a free trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends
- You can cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically converted to a paid subscription
- Free trials are limited to one per customer and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated
