- Video uploads used to occasionally fail silently. Now DEX gives you clear feedback when something goes wrong, and the player auto-retries if a video doesn't load on the client's end.

- Added account recovery so you're never locked out. Content cards now also show when media was last updated small thing, big difference when your team is moving fast.

- Every brand your agency manages is different. We added custom fields so you can store whatever matters brand voice, target audience, internal notes right inside the brand profile.

- Added a full feedback system directly on each post. Clients and team members can leave comments, and they stay pinned to the post until someone marks them resolved. No more feedback buried in DMs.
